Now, the 21-year-old is regarded as one of the best fullbacks in the world.
A constant creative outlet for Liverpool, his performance yesterday was no different, bringing the likes of Jamie Carragher in the gantry to say “it’s like having Kevin De Bruyne at fullback”.
The top riser since his outing against Spurs, Traders are looking to capitalise on his form with an eye on the Dividend changes soon upon us.
Icardi (£1.81) continues his rich run of form
Six goals in his last five outings for PSG, it is safe to assume the Argentine has found his form for his new club in the absence of Edinson Cavani.
Whilst it is only a loan for now, Icardi has a lot to prove and so far, he has been lethal for the Parisien side.
Whilst his rich run of form may explain why he has risen steeply in value, Traders will also be looking long-term as he could be set for a big summer move should his form continue.
Luis Muriel (£1.04), Star Player for Atalanta and Traders
A hat-trick in a 7-1 thrashing over Udinese saw the Colombian rise to the top of the Sunday Live Rankings and notoriety amongst Traders.
Notching his season tally in Serie A up to 8 goals, the pacey striker sits only behind Ciro Immobile in the early race for the Capocannoniere.
Qualifying for the Champions League for the first time in club history last season, Atalanta sit 3rd once more in the Serie A, and could be set to make it a repeat occurrence with their firepower.
